I lost everything due to a flood, and I have my red cross case number to prove it. As well as multiple pictures of my house being flooded. As advised, I did not touch anything because of bacteria I just moved whatever wasn't damaged when I moved out and let the cleaning crew the apartment complex hired take care of the rest. My son lost his X-Box S and controllers and my warranty will not cover it because I don't have the device. The last thing I was thinking about was thinking about after losing everything was "make sure we grab the Xbox" for geek squad. I purchased another protection plan for my laptop and took it to best buy this week to find out it needed a new battery. Contacted geek squad to find out the battery isn't covered in my warranty. Unless your kids are a little wild and tend to break things don't waste your money on that 2-year protection plan

Best Buy has the best protection plans they cover everything in the box from console to controller, cables, and cords.

Always get the warranty better to be safe then sorry. I buy them for everything.

Great purchase I love my xbox I’m able to run 120 fps.

Never had to use it a little pricey but something you have to have now a days just to be safe with high-end purchases.

I bought this protection plan for an Xbox for my grandson. You never know when you're going to need it, but I like to be prepared.

Though it was clear care went into the packaging of this item there wasn’t any sort of cushioning between the item and the ground, so there was packaging on top and all four sides but underneath there was only cardboard
