sadly things happen. we always buy the warrenty just in case. I have used them before in the past and customer service is always nice and helpful and normally a quick turn around. just but it. you be thankful if something does go wrong

I am extremely happy with Geek Squad’s protection plan, I have used it before and it has delivered! Now if I buy any type of electronic from Best Buy the protection plan is a must.

If something happens to your product these guys will find out what’s wrong it’s worth to invest especially if you aren’t tech savvy or don’t have the time in this busy world.
