I had the unfortunate experience of buying an item and not getting the protection plan from the Geek Squad. I lost my investment because it was more expensive to fix than it was to purchase a new one. If I had bought the protection I would have gotten a complete replacement for it. I now always get the protection for my items because it is well worth it.

When I was buying my PS5 I was asked if I wanted protection and he told me if any problems that come up geek squad will help. And if anything else happens I can bring it back. Honestly I have a great history with Best Buy so this was a no brain for me. Plus it’s always good to have that extra piece of mind.

Great TV at a great price point. Put in my son’s room and he loves it. ROKU stick was easy to setup right when you turn it on it has prompts to walk you through it. Wii, Switch, and PS5 all hooked up no problem.
