I typically always get some type of protection. I mean rather have it and not need it. Especially when investing in high priced items and you never know what's going to happen.

I went to repair my controller and the unexperienced agent told me ,that she issued a new controller, but I never receive it. I called them. I never reached the customer service. I need to go again to the store..
