I haven’t had to use it, but I’d much rather deal with Best Buy than Sony based on all the negative Sony customer service articles and videos online

Geek squad protection or nothin. ?Why not. Because half of the time something goes wrong.

When ever you get electronics from Best Buy I would recommend this. Repairs and fast replacements from these guys. Always the BEST service. HIGHLY RECOMMEND
