    We have a PS5 that went thy did not fix it and and still under warranty. So i guess it had some type bug. we got a new one but they could at lease give the warranty amount back if they will not fix it. over the years we have used yall and never had a bug or any problem like that so i dont know what happed there. disattisfied.

    Over all this plan is good, great geek squad service but just a little expensive. Mist other best buy competitors offer a 2 year protection plan for less but I guess that best buy has geek squad to serve you 24 hours a day 7 days a week making it a better plan than competitors.
