i didn't need it but it provides a peace of mind that is needed.

Very accommodating people, we had a problem with a playstation dual sense controller, and they assessed the situation, checked it, then instantly put in an order to ship us a new one, no questions asked, 5 stars!

I think I bought this for my ps5. Haven't had to use it just yet but I've always heard good things about geek squad so hopefully they don't disappoint.

When I thought the console was not working I was able to bring it back and they took it back with no problems only to find out that we had to update the console in order for him to use it
