Thought this covered accidental damage, it did not. I Basically had a philosophical debate with the rep over what the coverage actually means Vs the way the coverage was worded... In the end, I was out a TV and understood the extra coverage wasn't going to be worth it going forward. Fast forward to today and they don't even offer it like this anymore, that's very telling. Honestly, the way they went about it was the saddest display of customer service I've experienced in a while though, it was like they were relieved they didn't have to do anything... What happened? My special needs toddler accidently threw the remote and it hit the screen cracking it through. It would of needed a full screen replacement and it was a nice tv too, also I was clear with them when I bought the extra coverage what I was expecting. Now I just don't spend a lot money on that kind of thing anymore, not worth the hassel. I want to be clear that at no point was rep rude to me, and I'm still a Best Buy customer to this day, but this extra coverage seems like a cash grab more than anything else - unless you're "accident" hits a very specific set of criteria. I was told from the description of events that "screen impacts are not considered accidental" after that I hit a polite wall of refusal to do anything else, not without some empathy, but not helpful either.

Its the best protection for the price and very friendly

Its expensive but if you got the money and bad enough luck its worth the price.

Dont buy anything without it always use protection

Its a gamble of wether you need it or dont. Positive thing is you can return even if you're halfway into the timeframe of your protection plan. I like the fact i am allowed one controller replacement with the protection plan.

I only give 4 because is a new warranty that I bought to my PS4.

I hope this is worth it otherwise I would not recommend this

Not really sure how to put a review on something like this because I've never physically had to use it, but sure, that oughta do it.

We had to use this on our PS4 and we had no problems getting a new item.

Thankfully I haven't had to use this but on previous items they served me well.

I recommend when purchasing any electronics to purchase a protection plan.

It's for my dons room.. It's a gift for Christmas couldn't beat price.

It is always great to have protection on pricy things

so far i have not had to use warranty but if i do, im glad i have it

He loves playing game glad to have a warranty to back him up

Everybody in the house love to play the game and my kids love it

It’s great to have for any electronics you may purchase

Is there a way we can extend the warranty? 2 years is not long enough

So glad we got the insurance on our stuff especially cuz kids use it
