I like this protection plan because it replaces my broken items

they are helpful they there to help you when you need it

Best buy geek squad is always professional. even when they are late.

Bought a 2 year plan when purchasing a game console. Had to use the plan to get something fixed. Geek squard said we had to go through the manufacturer for fix since it was still under a year. I bought this plan for extra protection and i have to use the manufacturer anyway.

Comes in handy if any sort of damage comes about or the product stops working for any reason!!

The protection sounds great and feel confident it works like all other protection plans but the cost does not justify.

I feel great knowing that the product is covered after the manufacturer's warranty expires.

Warranty is a must, just wish they would have been more customer service and answers to my questions
