What a great investment to have on this PS4 console.

Poor customer service when i purchased the plan i was explained that if anything happens to it it would be exchanged with no issues now that i am having problems they are giving me the run around this will be my last purchase as a best buy customer

Love it, I manily use it to stream videos to excercise ,my kids use it to play video games

I usually purchase warranty on all my high $ purchases and I never have even used any of them but I know the one time that I don't purchase one is the one time I will only ever need it lol

Kind of a racket to be honest. It isn't really necessary.

I got this just in case something happen to my PS4, I never use it. Its great in case you need it.

Added geek squad to my PS5 purchase because they explained they would repair or replace it - if anything went wrong . Yesterday it wouldn’t turn on , hadn’t been moved or used - just wouldn’t turn on. We made an appointment and arrived early but were still there more than 45 minutes, at first waiting for a receipt for the item we were leaving for repair and then were told they didn’t repair it and wouldn’t replace it . I explained that the salesperson claimed that geek squad would repair or replace the item - if it stopped working but the geek squad employee said they don’t replace the item . So now I have a credit I have to use at Best Buy but no item to buy and no help from Best Buy to get a replacement PS5 . Geek squad will extend the warranty but don’t let them fool you, they’ll give you a refund but no repair or replacement help at all - BE WARNED

Eh...I mean when I need it the most, it always just expired. Then other times it gets sent out to the manufacturer, anyway, which I could've done.

The biggest problem is the price, but for what you pay for electronics you might as well do your homework and see if the manufacturer's warranty won't cover what the extended warranty does.

Lot of issues with this system cutting off and shutting down

I wish that this will start after the manufacture warranty then it will be really good.
