I have no complaints, its console gold, runs games perfect and smooth, runs a little hot but what do you expect, keep your room cool(like you should with any system or pc,) and youll never overheat

With an outstanding lineup of exclusive games there is no better place to game then on a PS5. XBox Game Pass is a joke, but unfortunately the joke ends up being on you as the consumer as you pay yearly or monthly for Game Pass but don't ever actually 'own' anything in the end. But anyways PS5!! So Many great PS exclusives oi oi

Hours of enjoyment with my son I landed the Ps5 with Modern Warfare ll. For $489 the system alone cost $499. Best Buy will always be my go to for the best deals.

I bought this protection plan just in case we have issues with the PS5 I purchased. I haven't had to use it yet but it gives me peace of mind knowing that we have it.

The PlayStation 5 was exactly what I expected. Purchasing was easier than all other websites and apps. It even came in a week earlier than expected. Would definitely recommend trying to purchase a PS5 through bestbuy

Ps5 controllers come with or are bound to get drift issues. Forces your left analog stick forward and upwards, makes staying still impossible and makes navigating game menus a nightmare. This covers you.

Came packaged well, no holes in the box. The console itself is awesome, really like the design.

Many other competitors offer "warranty" plans, but they pale in comparison to what you pay for and get from Best Buy's protection plan, I highly recommend that anyone who thinks that this is not worth the money; please think twice it is worth it's proverbial weight in gold.

My children enjoyed playing the ps5 but not as much as the ps4. I didn't care too much for the controller. The controller broke as soon as the warranty was up!
