Best console!! Soo happy i finally switched over to PS5

Love my PS5. Protection plan is a must for big purchases.

Can't say good enough things about this exchange program. They are the ONLY reason I don't go to Costco for my electronics. I have items replaced multiple times for defects and NEVER had an issue. They either repair or replace or give you the money value to upgrade if you wish. Only worth it for items over $1000 or high use items.

If you’re getting a PS5 you might as well get it protected! The geek squad comes in handy

I was lucky enough to Score a preorder ,,, kinda glitched my way into one and picked it up release day ,it's a amazing machine it's held up remarkably well my wife took in the shower then gave it a flying lesson and after a dry cycle ,, turned on and worked like a charm

The 2 Year Geek Squad Protection is great, because I don't have to worry if my Play Station 4 goes bad. Meaning the Geek Squad is a great service to have, so I can take my Play Station 4 to them to fix if my system malfunctions. Thank You Geek Squad and God Bless You abundantly! Extra protection is always a good idea, especially after warranty runs out

My ps4 broke down. It wouldn't play the game so I took it in to geek squad and they couldn't fix it. Thy gave me a whole new ps4 bundle included a game! And gave me new controller with the old one all used up. I was also in luck because my charge cord was broken and they replaced that too!! Such a good plan to get with such a big game console purchase!

Must have when making big purchases. When ever i have had an issue...they are quick to fix or replace an item. Security blanket as stuff happens.

Recently had taken a ps4 in for service with a week left on protection plan. Figured it would be sent out and they replaced it with a brand new one. Very awesome. Protection plan is bery worth the 50 dollars

Although I haven’t gotten a chance to use the benefits of this warranty. I know it will come in handy due to the fact my son is younger and sometimes he has accidents.

Great product. Glad I bought this to make sure if anything happens to my ps5 I will be covered. I got this because the ps5 is a new system and the first generation so I wanted to be prepared for anything that may cause a problem with my system

When you think Geek you should always think about Geek squad , they installed my tv in no time and when I say no time is not spending a second on the wrong ! The service was extremely excellent .

Love the geek squad just wish they traveled to our area which is 120 miles from 2 different stores in 2 different directions. Very disappointed!
