    I got this protection plan for my ps5 just in case something goes wrong. It is worth it for me because I don’t know much about electronics and I could use some assistance.

    It was necessary for me to get protection because I have little children and they are not always carful so in order for me to get it fixed fast I wanted to get it just in case.

    Once again such a bargain for the money to have the protection for 2 years…. The ps5 is an incredible system and an investment… I can’t imagine not getting the extra 2 years of protection

    Why not have a warranty just incase anything happens. Always safe to have a backup plan just incase any of your devices doesnt want to work properly. Hassle-free

    Super thankful for having purchased the warranty through Geek Squad. My PlayStation decided to turn into a brick 1 year after purchase and the warranty covered a complete new system. Sad it’s a one time use for as expensive as it is but I’m glad none the less. Would have given 5 stars if it was cheaper.

    My old first gen PS5 would shut down on me and luckily i still had Warranty to replace the old PS5 and got the newer updated PS5 model.

    I am writing because I am absolutely frustrated and disappointed with the state in which my PlayStation 5 was returned to me after sending it in for repairs through Best Buy. When I dropped off my console, it had normal wear and tear from regular use — nothing out of the ordinary, and certainly nothing major. However, when it was returned to me, I was shocked to find an obvious, large scratch that was absolutely not there before I entrusted my system to your care. This is completely unacceptable. I took the time to carefully maintain my PS5, and I expected it to be handled with the same level of care while it was in Best Buy’s possession. Instead, I feel like I’ve gotten back a console that is in worse cosmetic condition than when I handed it over. To make matters worse, the damage is so glaring that it’s impossible to ignore, and it takes away from the value and overall condition of my system. I want to be clear: this scratch was not present when I turned in my PS5. A tiny scuff might be understandable — a massive scratch is negligence. If your repair center cannot guarantee the basic responsibility of returning a customer’s device in the same condition it was received, that is a serious problem that reflects poorly on Best Buy’s services.
