Love I had a problem with my ps5 they did wonders to get it back working

I highly recommend the protection plan for any big ticket electronic. I’ve had to file 3 claims for separate devices before and i was able to get 1 product replaced, another repaired free of charge , and store credit for my previous Ps5 claim.

Guy’s at best buy really know what customer service is! Every time I have issues with my devices, they resolve them really quick by fixing or repairing them.

Good to know that if something happens that the product can be fixed or replaced. I had bought a PS4 for last Christmas for my son and didn't buy the protection plan and the electricity surged and fried it even thou it was plugged into a surge protector strip. When I explained this to the Best Buy employee he offered the protection plan.

Hunter was amazing at how quickly he responded and handled my issue. My son will be back on fornite in no time thanks to him, and I’m very grateful for that.
