Well I have not been able to use this yet as my PS5 is working flawlessly but from what I understand I have two years no matter what happens can't go wrong with that

I purchased a 55'' led tv a few years back and kids broke it and if I didn't have this protection I would have had to buy a whole new TV or pay 2 grand to fix.its worth it..

I purchased this with my vizio 65 inch tv but haven’t had to use it yet. Good to know if something happens I have a protection plan to help me with the problem.
