Pay for it self only thing I don’t like is it a one time replacement

I always purchase a Greek Squad warranty on all items from Best Buy. It has saved me over the years, when my 55" TV screen had a bad lines on the screen bottom. They did a in home service and replaced the screen, with 1 week.

As the title says, "You have to protect your investment"! These systems cost too much money not to buy some protection for them. So, that's why I picked this up for my game system, controllers, and accessories.

Item was ready for pick up on time but after a few months with minimal use it stopped connecting to tv but console still turned on and with my geek squad service i purchased with the item i am hoping to resolve the issue at my appointment time!

This is the best service program out there!!! I buy a lot of service plans and not one I've purchased so far compares. I shop at BB a ton and I buy their service plans every time! They actually do as they say and don't ask any questions, just fix your item(s).

Always have been easy to replace products that have been accidentally damaged. I've had wires torn, computers not booting up, broken screens, etc and they've always been helpful. It's a good investment on expensive products. You never know what'll happen so it's nice to know you'll be taken care of
