    If you’re purchasing a game system, computer especially for your children. This is an absolute must have! I have purchased protection for all of this for many years now and yes it pays off and I have had a game console replaced with no charge before, even when my kids accidentally knocked it off a dresser and it stopped working. Definitely worth the money!

    I am writing because I am absolutely frustrated and disappointed with the state in which my PlayStation 5 was returned to me after sending it in for repairs through Best Buy. When I dropped off my console, it had normal wear and tear from regular use — nothing out of the ordinary, and certainly nothing major. However, when it was returned to me, I was shocked to find an obvious, large scratch that was absolutely not there before I entrusted my system to your care. This is completely unacceptable. I took the time to carefully maintain my PS5, and I expected it to be handled with the same level of care while it was in Best Buy’s possession. Instead, I feel like I’ve gotten back a console that is in worse cosmetic condition than when I handed it over. To make matters worse, the damage is so glaring that it’s impossible to ignore, and it takes away from the value and overall condition of my system. I want to be clear: this scratch was not present when I turned in my PS5. A tiny scuff might be understandable — a massive scratch is negligence. If your repair center cannot guarantee the basic responsibility of returning a customer’s device in the same condition it was received, that is a serious problem that reflects poorly on Best Buy’s services.
