    Got the 2-year protection plan for the PS4 Pro because it's expensive and if anything happens to it they will replace it with a new one. They no longer fix these, but give you a new one. Especially for a game like this i would recommend spending the money on the protection plan.

    I am more than happy that i purchased this with my PS4, lightning struck my house and for some reason my PS was the only thing affected, i just took it in and it was replaced right then and there same day! Plus it rolled over to my new one and that made me happy as well!

    Geek squad protection is always worth it.. I get it on pretty much any electronic device I buy at Best Buy... peace of mind is definitely worthwhile

    Never really had to use the replacement but I’m sure if I ever needed to return or replace an item it would not be a struggle. Great people working there and always answer questions in a professional manner
