Geeksquad does a great job at making sure accidents are covered and will either fully repair or replace your device within the window that you bought it!

This is the best service program out there!!! I buy a lot of service plans and not one I've purchased so far compares. I shop at BB a ton and I buy their service plans every time! They actually do as they say and don't ask any questions, just fix your item(s).

I'm definitely buying all electronics through best buy from now on I like that you can bring your items to the store instead of having to mail them somewhere and wait for who knows how long to get the new one

I always purchase a Greek Squad warranty on all items from Best Buy. It has saved me over the years, when my 55" TV screen had a bad lines on the screen bottom. They did a in home service and replaced the screen, with 1 week.

Nice to know if anything breaks the geek squad will help me out

Everyone was so helpful! Though the store was busy. But they were patient and helpful

some are calling it a slim it’s not and I don’t know why it doesn’t have any slim qualities at all. It’s just a smaller system. Oh well people could think what they want it’s all good I guess
