Couldn't go wrong for $70 more and have a 2yr protection an is a peace of mind

Anytime I have had an issue with anything I am always given an answer and help immediately. Many of my friends and family also use Geek Squad.

This warranty definitely came in hand and played a nice role in my situation at the time honestly I don’t know what I would have did without me got a brand new game same day

Nice to have protection for an expensive piece of equipment. It gives me peace of mind in case something accidentally happens. I at least want to get a good couple of years out of this expensive gaming console.

My ps4 broke down. It wouldn't play the game so I took it in to geek squad and they couldn't fix it. Thy gave me a whole new ps4 bundle included a game! And gave me new controller with the old one all used up. I was also in luck because my charge cord was broken and they replaced that too!! Such a good plan to get with such a big game console purchase!

Best coverage out there. Love the fact that I can take it in store if repairs are needed

Can't say good enough things about this exchange program. They are the ONLY reason I don't go to Costco for my electronics. I have items replaced multiple times for defects and NEVER had an issue. They either repair or replace or give you the money value to upgrade if you wish. Only worth it for items over $1000 or high use items.

The 2 Year Geek Squad Protection is great, because I don't have to worry if my Play Station 4 goes bad. Meaning the Geek Squad is a great service to have, so I can take my Play Station 4 to them to fix if my system malfunctions. Thank You Geek Squad and God Bless You abundantly!
