Recently had taken a ps4 in for service with a week left on protection plan. Figured it would be sent out and they replaced it with a brand new one. Very awesome. Protection plan is bery worth the 50 dollars

I haven't really needed to contact Geeksquad, but knowing that I have their services is excellent!

I’m glad they offered me this protection plan as I do tend to be clumsy with me stuff, so having this for my ps5 is a huge weight off my shoulders.
