This is a great computer, the set up was very easy, even for someone not computer savvy, I am extremely happy with this purchase.

I always feel the extended warranties are great especially on the more expensive items. I feel that makes them last longer

Here we go again get your insurance at Best Buy never know when you will need it especially when you’re playing those tough games and everything goes wild if you’re not on top of it the game.

I purchased a 30th anniversary. That was supposed to be new, not open. When I got it, the seal was cut and everything has been touched. Tried to contact customer service to get some kind of discount for purchasing an open box when it was supposed to be a new box. They talked to the customer service and they were completely rude and I didn't get nowhere so I guess this will be the last time I purchased anything. And I will tell everyone else to go somewhere else to purchase items

Great service I took my kids PS5 because they dropped it and at the moment they exchanged it for a new one.

Guy’s at best buy really know what customer service is! Every time I have issues with my devices, they resolve them really quick by fixing or repairing them.

Haven’t used it yet but I know it will be very useful if anything happens to my console within the next 2 years

recommended. I hope I don't use it but I feel safe having it.

Geek Squad service is a MUST Have, if you enjoy sleeping safe and sound at night without worrying about your tech breaking down, I'd highly recommend getting this. YouTube is Geek Squad is it worth it for way more detail as eviadance its a must have.

I like to buy accidental coverage on everything I buy at Best Buy. It is very convenient and at a reasonable price. They are fast when I need them.
