I trust best buy with my equipment. I know they will do a fine job so it’s worth it for sure.

It is always worth it to get the Geek Squad protection! Replaced same day.

I bought the PS5 for my nephew and I wanted to make sure he could get help if he needed it. And I know the Geek Squad could do the job should the need arise. That’s why I purchased this Geek Squad Protection!

Covers accidents great for expensive items. Would be great if it covred thefts but cant have it all

i havent needed to use the geek squad protection yet, so i will give it 5 stars, assuming that they will help, as needed, when and if the time comes. if i end up utilizing this and i dont feel they earned a 5 star rating, i will return here to update or make a new review.

I have not had to use it yet I hope I never have to. I have never had an issue with Best Buy so this should be easy of there ever comes to having an issue.

Always worth the investment. I never have to worry about the “what if factor” of my devices.

Never really had to use the replacement but I’m sure if I ever needed to return or replace an item it would not be a struggle. Great people working there and always answer questions in a professional manner

What can I say? These Geek squad warranties are always great! The service is unmatched, the price is extremely fair, and Best Buy is always willing to lend a helping hand if you have one of these warranties.

I can tell you that I am at a zero when it comes to being tech savvy....so thank goodness for Best Buy Geek Squad. I set an appointment which was awesome because there was NO wait. The knowledgeable staff were very patient with me and helped me feel at ease.

This was a great purchase for my PlayStation and the price wasn’t bad that you Best Buy

Geek squad protection is always worth it.. I get it on pretty much any electronic device I buy at Best Buy... peace of mind is definitely worthwhile
