I have never had a camera like this before so I’m not too familiar with how it compares to other. I do think that it is great quality and the pictures come out nice. I would say though that it does take a while to understand how to use it.

Geek Squad took their time to patiently help me get a replacement for my camera when it broke. The original one I got was out of stock. But, they helped me find a similar model, and I’m so thankful!

They tried to push me to purchase the yearly membership but it just doesn't cost effective.

I highly recommend everyone to pay a little extra for the geek squad protection plan. I purchased the plan for my OLED LG TV. I just used the plan cause my lg tv had screen burn in. Geek squad technician came out assessed the issue, ordered a new screen and once screen came in they installed the replacement. The technician’s were knowledgeable and friendly. I was so glad I purchased the extended warranty as the factory warranty had already expired. In fact my geek squad is going to end this November so just in time. I didn’t have to purchase a new tv. Thanks again geek squad.
