Haven't had to use this product yet so I am unable to give a better review

Never use it yet. Just got it for protection in case something break.

Haven't used them much. Only send my camera for cleaning once a year.

Honestly not worth the money, I wish it was cheaper. I would think if you buy an expensive item consider insuring it if it is costly, but I would not get it again. I will say Geek Squad staff is very polite, but I did not get much use out of the insurance plan.

I bought a subscription to geek squad for my camera and was supposed to be informed before it expired so I could renew it. Called to take my camera in for a cleaning but was informed my protection had expired with no notice. Called corporate and wouldn't work with me even though it had been less than a month. I will not give them my business anymore.

Geek squad was very helpful in helping restore my computer to be at a faster state but there is still a problem with the hard drive and that when I received my laptop back there was a huge scratch

Purchased a new camera and when I did so, got a different insurance plan.

Don't! Geek squat gives people jobs and that's good, but their quality of warranty is really poor. Also some of their staff seems a bit knowledgeable and will only explain if they feel like it. Truly, save your money and find a local shop, you might save money going that route. I took a laptop to be sent out, had warranty, they shipped it out and came in without screws. Advice: take pictures at store before shipping that way they don't come back to you saying it was already like that.

Purchased greek protection for Christmas gift for peace of mind.

It okay still trying to figure it out but I think I would go with another cam next time

I honestly am not sure why I bought the warranty. It doesnt cover physical damages, it was 70 bucks. And rarely does a digitalor internal problem happen. Still hasnt for my camera. So be careful

I always buy on my larger items. If they can repair items they do but when they cant they give you a store credit for price paid. If you bought it on sale your out of pocket for difference
