Great camera for any occasion in regard to photography. Regarding video...it is o.k. because of the motion blur. If you're creating a video with a static position, it is excellent. For handheld videos without a gimbal, it is trash. The stabilization with video is a joke without a himbal and lastly it cannot be stabilized in catalyst browse app.

Worked in my favor - Camera ended up malfunctioning and they gave me credit for everything I paid. 100% satisfied.

They are helpful with what you need done but it would be good to know for cameras replacements would not apply when i purchase the warranty

Great starter camera. Stock lens are alright but I’ve purchases a few extras and it’s turned out to be a great camera to learn on.

I haven't tried all of the features, but the ones that I did were great. The color are right on. Didn't have to any tweaking Canon hit the jackpot with the R5 and it's lens.

I like to have a especial warranty for my items and running no problems

Amazing Camera body, but Canon has an issue with the R3 and R5 where the body stops responding intermittently, the only solution seems to be removing and reinserting the battery. Hopefully a future firmware update will resolve this issue

I haven’t needed To use my accidental coverage. Thank God for that. But it’s always safe to purchase it

i am happy i purchased the one year warranty since i am a bit clumsy and it does cover physical damage.. i can't wait to use my new camera

I purchased this camera from BestBuy reason is I saw on Canon website BestBuy is authorized seller. I got this camera and 2 lens around like spent 10k, even my scheduled pickup date delayed, I had a flight and I couldn’t pick up my order, whenever I called customer service I was talking people from overseas, they don’t even know anything about bestbuy and products and they didn’t transfer me to supervisor. i was just trying to track my item they didn’t share the location of my items. After I picked up my items I went again to BestBuy store to get information about warranty, they said they can’t help, the geek squad member didn’t even looked my face. They could answer my questions easily, I didn’t ask any complicated or tough questions. I chose BestBuy because I thought I can find an answer whenever I need but I had disgusting experience, I don’t recommend anybody to buy through BestBuy, better to get from Canon website, at least you will have better customer service and answers. The camera is amazing but I couldn’t enjoy it after this experience.

protection plans from best buy have saved my electronics, has saved me spending more money than needed.

I had a bad experience with Nikon support. I decided to buy the Geek Squad warranty to help extend the warranty time and know that I could deal with Best Buy directly instead of the manufacturer.

For the price I think it is worth it. We have not yet had to use it since our Nikon camera works great.
