    I bought the Switch for my 12 yr old son and was convinced we would use this within the first month or two, but so far he hasn't damaged it which is shocking! Lol!

    Its great to have this protection. No doubt. But the problem is with how a repair claim goes. I had to bring in a switch lite because it would not power on. They sent it out for repair. It took 3 weeks to get it back. Im glad it was free, but 3 weeks is crazy
