    I never got any warning that the warranty was over or an option to renew. This was frustrating .

    Limited games.. more for little kids then young teens. And it keeps messing up and I keep getting the run around.

    Disappointed that even though warranty was for 2 years, it was null after claim even though i still had 6 months left on warranty.

    The geek squad does an amazing job of installing and fixing anything you have covered by them. They have fixed a few TVs for me and install installed a few few as well. Highly recommend them.

    Always buy warranties on all electronics. They always honor them, and I've never had any problems when using the warranty.

    I love the Switch! It has fun games, wide variety, fun multi player and single player games. The controllers are easier for me than Xbox or PlayStation controllers. I don’t have tiny lady hands but those ones seem bulky and heavy after a whole

    When i went to pick up the console the outside box was damaged and wanted to exchange it but the lady says i have to comeback tomorrow but another associate just went to the back and exchange it for a way better one thank you bestbuy.

    Like others I’ve been waiting a long time to to snag a Nintendo Switch. I refused to pay the prices other sellers were charging. I should have pulled the trigger awhile ago but on the plus side this is the updated version so patience paid off. Too those who are still trying to get one and refuse to paid this ridiculously marked up prices, be vigilant!
