They installed my screen protector, but with a slight bubble in the corner. I came back a week later and they replaced it with a new screen protector for free! Excellent cusromer service!

I’ve had good experiences with Geek Squad in the past.

I added 2 year geek squad protection to my Switch 2 because though it’s a bit pricier than competitors for similar protection, I figured the ability to easily bring it into Best Buy for service is worth the extra money. Hoping the service and coverage is worth it.

Nice piece of mind knowing if anything happens they are going to replace the TV they installed.

I gave 4 stars due to unacceptable wait time when picking up. Only one cashier for check out and pick up. This was not cool!

I ALWAYS buy protection plans for everything I purchase and when needed to replace anything, it’s very easy and smooth

A two year accident protection. There isn't much to write about it, other than whenever ( hopefully never) something happens, that the protection will be fulfilled with ease

Really like the Zelda edition. Controllers have designs on it. If you’re a fan this is a must have!

Since I’m unfortunately prone to accidents, this is a must have. For example, I somehow accidentally deleted the software on a MacBook that needed to be reinstalled for $100, which I wouldn’t have had to do if I had geek squad coverage….better than dropping laptop and having it shatter to smithereens at least

I had to return my Samsung headphones because they were not working for the left side and I was able to replace them with ease.

I always prefer to get protection plan for any electronics I buy from Best Buy. Geek squad is my favorite. It was little easier before as whenever I had problem with my item I took that to the store and right way they reimburse me with my replacement plan and I got new item. Now we have to wait for the item to send to fix if they can’t fix it then they replace it even if we have a replacement plan. But anyway I still like to buy geek squad for all of my purchases as it is peace of mind.

It was great to have but didn’t use it much so didn’t see the point in paying over two hundred bucks for it yearly. I miss when you could but if for all products for up to 3 years and be done with it if you didn’t want it anymore. The perks though is being able to have any of your devices worked on. Recommended for those who don’t mind paying a yearly fee.
