    The protection plans are the best thing to have with anything. I have went to them for help a bunch of times thanks to the protection plan.

    Its great to have this protection. No doubt. But the problem is with how a repair claim goes. I had to bring in a switch lite because it would not power on. They sent it out for repair. It took 3 weeks to get it back. Im glad it was free, but 3 weeks is crazy

    I haven't used this yet for my recent purchase. However I sure hope they've gotten better since the late time I purchased it for my tablet
