    Always get the protection plan haha! Accidents happen. The kid broke his Switch. I was able to bring in get it replaced pretty easily. Little tip always make sure you take out the games and memory card

    hmm, not sure what I bought this for? now I gotta look into it since I don't see any relevant purchases. maybe I got suckered? however, I will attest that the service from BB and Geeks is usually pretty good, so I won't complain. their service does take FOREVER to fix things, but it's usually better than spending another couple hundred bucks on new product.

    I had no issues when replacing my Fitbit because it wouldn't stayed charged. I brought it in, and they exchanged it for a new one with no issues.
