    I got Geek Squad for my switch cause the joy cons were broken so then Geek Squad sent me joy cons tat half the buttons don't work

    I bought my Switch just under 2 years ago& added the warranty. Go thing because it overheated & I received a new one. It did that 1 month to diagnose & say it was a junk out

    First bad experience with geek squad. Bout a switch lite for my son and had tp have replaced in a 6 month period. Every item i have ever warrantied i was credited money back and was able to re purchase my geek squad protection. But not for this device. Then whats the point. Couldnt use manufacturers warranty. Was given no notices or updates. Just heres a new device. Was unpleased with this one episode. All other experiences good.

    They ordered a part, and since they couldnt find the part (nintendo switch joycon) they closed the service order. Told me to go back to store to open a new request. Then part still couldnt be fulfilled so they closed the order...endless cycle here. All the while no one is reaching out to me; I'm contacting them in the meantime... I asked for the local store also, Phone agent Mell refused to do that or get me to a supervisor.

    Geek Squad didnt send me my controllers

    Nintendo Switch controllers didnt work upon opening. Was advised by in store Geek Squad member to contact customer service online or by phone. Contacted Geek Squad by phone and mailed the controllers in, after 2 weeks contacted customer service again and was told to allow an additional 7-10 business days for delivery. This happened back in November. I eventually bought more controllers since the system was useless withouth them. To this day i have not recieved my replacement controllers.

    Usually I would say five stars. But did not get a notification to renew the warranty on my daughter's Nintendo switch

    I'm not sure if the extra cost was worth it yet as I have not had to use the service. Having the extra peace of mind might be though regarding accidental drops or scratches.

    This did not help me at all, I had an accident with some hearing aids that I will not mention which ones, so I went at first to have them replaced, and oh no, first problem, I lasted approximately 40 minutes waiting for an employee to replace me to which afterwards I talked to his manager explaining the situation and oh surprise, he told me that I had to make an appointment, when previously I had already called and sent messages and they had told me that I did not needed to make an appointment, well, I made the appointment and I went again the following week and they told me that they could not be replaced because they were over damaged, that sounds somewhat incoherent to me, being that the first time I went I took them and showed them, if you were not going to accept the replacement for my hearing aids they would have told me that day and that way I would have avoided wasting my time, my gas and having exposed myself to the situation we are in, well, I had to buy other headphones, because according to those who had suffered the accident they did not enter the insurance, this is so ugh.

    Geek Squad Gaming Part Replacement

    My experience with Geek Squad to replace a Nintendo Switch controller has been horrible. I spent hours being transferred to multiple departments with no one willing or capable of helping. There is no consistency with the information provided to me. I was asked to schedule an in store appointment with geek squad only to be told that they do not troubleshoot Nintendo switches. A lot of time was wasted and It’s very upsetting to say the least.

    2 year warranty was no good after 1 year

    I paid twice for a new 2 year protection plan on a Nintendo switch that failed us about 4 times due to mechanical issues not our fault and got told the 2 year warranty would no longer cover repairs because it was used too many times but the times we used the repairs were due to giving us faulty equipment. I'm irate at this point I have paid over 500$ to be able to use the switch for maybe a couple months out of the year we had it and paid for it in full. Plus the two different warranties.
