Geek squad decide to cancel my two year protection

I took it to geek squad for repair for second time the told me to wait until August 16 to make an appointment & when tha day finally came I check on my app & show me that geek protection has been canceled that BS

Magnetic control

Doesn’t feel very beneficial

My product broke 2 months after purchasing and my plan only allows a replacement or store credit. I didn’t pay with store credit so why should I get that back instead of a full refund? It’s unfair because the product that I purchased is no longer in production and my son, who I purchased it for is heartbroken that I cannot exchange it for the exact same item. I literally feel like I wasted my money.

In cases where repairs are not possible or would exceed the cost of the purchase, the plan terms described at http://geeksquad.com/termsconditions provide for either a comparable replacement or a gift card for that device's current market value if a replacement is not available.

Protection plan sucks

Insurance didn’t cover broken screen

Very bad

But never solved my problems. They keep transferring the phone to different departments. Finally I give up. I paid for the Two years plan but no service. Then I tried to buy a new one but they didn’t have. So much mad.......

Horrible Nintendo Switch protection plan.

And the cashier told me that if anything happened to the system, they will replaced it immediately with no hesitation. But instead they send it out, to another location to see if they can fix it. Meanwhile I got no system to play with. And they said the process can take several weeks. Everything is so bad.

When I talk to customer service they said to go into the store when I went into the store I was given a different number to call and I still have not received the joy cons.

I wish they gave other options for protection if they decide to end your plan.
