    I don’t like geek squad protection plan. And would never buy one again. The policy says they cover 1 controller replacement but not if you replace the console first then you’ll pay 50 for them. Which makes no sense. Then they’ll cancel your protection out the blue.

    If they can't fix it then they replace it how good can it get. Just its a little pricey depending on how much you spend to protect it.

    Insurance is what it is. You hate to pay for it but if my item breaks I’ll be glad I have it.

    I was informed that it covered all damages and if it can be fixed a new one will be given. I recieved a refurbished with only 30 days warranty and no option to purchase extended.

    Geek squad seemed less than interested in helping me with fixing one of my iphones I purchased at there store. I had an appointment with them and found information they needed to fix it but was set away with new appointment and no promise I would have iPhone fixed. I tried to cancel geek squad account online with out success. 200$ a month for nothing.

    Sometimes it’s good to have the warranty and sometimes it don’t make sense l came to the store to get my nephew switch fix and they have to send out and l have to wait and my nephew has Autism and he has hard time wait for them to try to fix it and l wanted was store credit to get him a new one

    They replaced my switch that had a software malfuntion nothing to do with me and then told me i no longer had coverage even though i paid 2 years.

    THIS PROTECTION PLAN IS A ONE TIME DEAL!!! DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!!! I DID NOT KNOW MY CONSOLE WOULD NOT BE PROTECTED AFTERWARDS IF IT IS CHANGED. THEY WILL NOT PROTECT THE REST OF YOUR CONSOLE! JUST GO DIRECTLY WITH NINTENDO. I WASTED MY MONEY AND THEY WILL TELL YOU IT ISNT A WASTE BUT IT IS!!

    My device needed to be repaired, through no fault of my own, within 4 months of purchase.it was gone 30 days and I still do not have it back.

    A second set of JoyCon stopped working good.

    JoyCon quality are really bad, I have had to exchange two sets of controls because these don't work well after use. Characters in video games start moving by itself around without gamer intervention.

    We have bought this warrenty qnd have had our switch replaced before. We have q cracked screen took it to be replaced to 2 different stores was treated poorly by both geek squad agents who told me they wouldn't be servicing me.

    Replacement is good but hate that you have to purchase again if you use it once. I thought when you paid for 2 years it was for 2 years I had a very upset kid

    Bought this for use on my Nintendo switch. A few weeks after it expired I had an issue with the Nintendo and Best Buy would not make an expedition to help me out.
