Given Nintendo Switch is a new and expansive product that can be used on the go, the 50 dollar price for 2 years of accidental coverage seems reasonable. Guaranteed to cover issues and accidents, I feel safer to use the new portable console as intended.

Best purchase of a new switch. Gorgeous design, easy set up, and love it. Worth every penny.

If you don’t own a Switch, or if you intend to use it almost exclusively in portable mode, this is the one to get.

My son love this. This keeps him busy while I cook and clean. The games are expensive but it’s a good system.

Horrible experience. Bought switch in January,got accidental insurance for it , month later stopped working, got new one . At the same time geek squad instead of using warranty used my insurance and cancelled it . Now my son had accident and broke his console and Best Buy tells me to get lost . Also spoke to district manager and he told me they don’t have to tell people how insurance works. Very rude .

When I purchased GSP on this item, I was aware that the repairs to this product could cover up to the original retail price of the item as I had ordered it. However, when the repair that was used for it was used on a repair that was less than EVEN THE AMOUNT OF GSP ITSELF, I was appalled. I very much did not get my value out of this product, and would not recommend it to anyone unless they make sure to damage it as much as possible before sending it in for repair, because this is bullcrap.

I purchased a Nintendo switch July 2020 with the 2 year extended warranty. It’s may 2021 and we had to take it in because the hdmi port wasn’t working. After them checking it out they said it was unfixable so they gave us a gift card for $320 to purchase a new one. We also had to pay extra for a new two year warranty for this new console- this is where I’m upset. Either it’s a two year warranty and we can use it as much as needed for two years or just say it’s a “one incident warranty” because you can only use it once and that’s it.

Our Switch arrived 5 days late. These were 5 devastating days for my 8-year-old. Then the right (red) controller doesn't work. Best Buy refused to fix the problem. I was told they would not send me a replacement part because the item won't come back in stock within the 15 day return period. The only solution is to suck it up and buy my own replacement part (which I will not buy from Best Buy. Best Buy has some of the worst customer service I have ever come across.

Very great Nintendo but pay more expensive for a especial edition and don’t come with the game … Nintendo need change this selling a Zelda especial edition without the Zelda game no make sense..

I damaged my laptops hinge and when I went to see if they could fix it they labeled it as cosmetic and refused to help. They were also extremely rude and lazy with their service. Please don't waste your time unless your device is in pieces they are not going to help.
