    The plan was for an xbox headset. No matter the brand, these eventually wear out and malfunction. Mine did and it was replaced quickly at my local Best Buy

    50.00 protection plan worth getting for Nintendo switch bc a remote can cost 150 along covers everything just take back and they will replace or switch it

    Great way to protect your investment, it was a no brainer for me but the protection plan for only $50 for 2 years includes exchange for brand new system.
