Used the accidental service a couple of times already. Worth it from my perspective.

I purchase geek squad protection for all my purchases and has been well worth it. Things happen and it gives me peace of mind knowing my purchase is backed by excellent service!

These days I never buy electronics without an extended warranty. This one for the Switch was a bit pricey- $99 bucks, but I look at it like I pay for insurance on my home and car- extended warranties are like insurance for your electronics

Im just in love with my insurance it saves me all my life with kids is hard to have something in good shape lol.. and they are always there.

I got this for my Nintendo Switch in case I have an issue with it. I have bought some products before and with great regret did not have protection for my device. This is a lifesaver.

This is definitely worth purchasing for me just for the peace of mind. Now I'm no computer scientist but this will get you out of a pickle. Better leave it to the professionals

Excellent services by the Best Buy staff very dedicated

I have bought the Geek Squad Protection a few times for different devices but I haven't actually had to use it thankfully. The last time I bought this protection I actually wish that I hadn't. It was for my nintendo switch. I received a broken model from the store, so I had to exchange it for a working one. They told me that if I got a broken one again, I would not be able to exchange it even though it was broken from the start. To avoid potentially losing a few hundred dollars, they said to get the insurance because this was the only way to ensure that I could have the option to exchange it if that happened again. I take care of my things pretty well, so I was a little frustrated to have to get this because of the risk of receiving a defective model out of the box.

Got the protection plan for my 4 year old kid because there unpredictable

I would definitely recommend this with any purchase of electronics. Accidents happen and by having the reassurance that my items can be replace definitely eases my mind tremendously.

It’s worth the money! If you are clumsy or have kids around, get the protection! They cover it all! It’s great to know if something happens to my switch I can rely on Best Buy!
