Bought these before the bluetooth update on the switch & needed corded headphones. Nice sound quality and have a mic for when I want to stream from my laptop.

I wouldn't pass on this plan on the switch. It covers nearly every situation. So drop the switch and the screen cracked? No problem just take it to best buy. Switch wont connect to wifi any more? Take it to best buy. Total peace of mind :-D

The warranty is great, but keep in mind they will replace your device one time and then the warranty is gone.

I bought this protection for a gaming device and I highly recommend it. I already used it and they replaced one of my controllers. It was worth it and I recommend it.

Got it for my switch, i had it on a switch in the past and used it and got a new switch and put it on again, great product for the switch since it can easily break being portable.

Having this backed up with my device, made me feel safe. If i had problems, i could take them back and get a replacement within moments. always get a warranty. you never know.

The Customer Service at Fenton/South County Missouri is excellent. The personnel that I have communicated with are very knowledgeable and have always assisted me with great attitude and respect.

Was able to send in my switch to get fixed but when they couldn’t I was able to get it replaced and get another warranty for the new switch when my warranty was almost out
