This is soooo worth the money!!!!! Got it for my son’s Nintendo Switch, and thank God I did!!!!! A few months ago, one of the controllers broke (he dropped it sideways)!!!!! It had already frozen a couple of times (although it worked again once the battery ran out and we charged it again)!!!!! Went to Geek Squad, and that ordered him a brand new one!!!!! Got it in lies than 10 days!!!!! I would NEVER buy something so expensive without this protection!!!!!

This service it worth getting for any portable electronics. I have used geek squad 2 year protection several times over the years for different products and they've never let me down.

Geek squad to the rescue!! If you’re perfect and don’t love your product don’t get this plan. BUT if you care about your product please buy this plan it’ll save you the heartache once your product is damaged and your at a loss.

I had this guarantee once and it was easy to make my claim. They sent me the replacement of my controls. I only received them and sent the controls back. Everything from home. The insurance claims people were friendly.

Geek Squad has been the only Tech service I will use. Been using them for the past 12 years. I went through a number of other companies with poor results.

I thankfully have not had the use the warranty, I love having the piece of mind that something will get taken care of if any malifuntiona took place

I don't like buying warranties for electronics, but 2 years ago when I purchased Geek Squad for my Xbox 360. I was like most, I'll never use the warranty, it's a waste of money... not this time, 10 days before the warranty was up, my beloved Xbox 360 died... Thankfully I had the warranty.. I got a new Xbox360, same Gears of War model I had! so glad i purchased, Geek Squad.

I always buy insurance for expensive stuff at Best Buy because there isn't any trouble to exchange our defective merchandise in the event that I need to do so, I rather deal with the store that sold me the goods rather than a company that will try everything in their power to not honor the agreement.

We had a problem with our charging port on our switch and the young gentleman that was at the counter went completely above and beyond to get to the root of the problem. Found out it was an easy fix and made it right.

You should never buy anything without that protection plan!

The best buy experience purchacing at store or in the online app is actually pretty good and has work really well for me since 2020 thanks to see the offers in the app an while i am in the store checking podruct because the Qr code is easily to use.
