I love geek squad if your phone's broke they'll fix it, that's electronics broke they know how to fix it, if it's running slow they know how to fix it , if it's running wonky they know how to fix it.

Great got the game to me no problems! Didn’t even have to wait long at all!

We've had the misfortune/good fortune of having to use our Geek Squad replacement policy for a refrigerator and coffee maker. In both cases, we had to get the full purchase price of our original appliance applied toward a replacement. The process was completely pain-free, and I now buy this policy with any kind of major purchase for the peace of mind.

I suggest always purchasing a warranty on products that are used daily, we do this on our headphones because the usually don't last 2 years due to sound going out, or the mic coming apart. Best Buy is great at replacing them when we have the warranty. When the bead phones are replaced you do have to purchase another warranty. Best Buy warranty's are the best value for the money.

Peace of mind at a good price! I have not had to use this as the product has been fine. Hopefully I won’t, but goo to know it’s there if I do.

The warranty is absolutely guaranteed! Whenever I have a problem with any item that I purchased, the agents fix it or replace it completely new. The provide absolute care and great service. The warranty of Geek Squad is a must need.

I think this is a good subscription to have and that’s why I get it because malfunctions with appliances does happens sometimes and I just want to be prepared for that moment and so with this subscription they’ll replace your damaged appliance

Having the Geek Squad at your finger tips is like having your own Personal IT Department in your home. I am not familiar with all the appropriate wiring and devices that work best with each other but I do trust the GEEK SQUAD to put it all together with no problems. They are quick, efficient and professionals who know their business.

I bought this protection plan from best buy and it is worth it. Geek Squad made sure that I knew how to contact them and gave me all the information I needed In case my switch was damaged.
