The insurance policy is awesome! I’ve never had any complicated issues with it! It’s so easy to summit a claim and everybody I have ever had help me with one has been extremely helpful and easy going! I buy all my electronics from Best Buy because of the insurance they offer!

All electronics in our house is purchased through Best Buy for this reason, hands down. I appreciate the comfort of knowing a company stands by the products in their store enough to give you a warranty that works for you. Not all warranties are equal. I don’t have to ship anything or have the hassle of paying for service and being reimbursed. Thank you BEST BUY!!!

I was the first one in line to get my switch at Best Buy for midnight launch. I couldn't believe what luck I got a defective unit! I usually don't get warranties but I just got my switch exchanged and I bought it without a second thought. Plus the kids use it too so you know how that story goes. Get the warranty on this one. The price is right and it covers everything!!!

The Geek Squad Warranty is very good. As much as my Switch is I want to make sure if it gets broken I want to make sure it will get fixed or replaced quickly. This is what this Geek Squad Warranty does!

I'm a fussy guy, so I go through products faster than most people, especially when it comes to games. I've had nothing but good and cooperative service from these protection plans. If you need a replacement part, you'll get one, even if they don't have it on hand. Just find it online, you'll be reimbursed within a couple of weeks. It's best to be prepared. Stuff breaks.

I had gotten a Nintendo but for a while the controls were not working so geek squad trade it for a new Nintendo which was cool !!

The visuals are great. I haven't had issues with overheating whether it be in the dock or out of it. I'm very happy to have upgraded from the Nintendo Switch Lite.

Read the terms and conditions! This will save you a lot of time and trouble before you bring your defective items to Best Buy and then be turned away and asked to contact the manufacturer because the Geek Squad Protection Plan takes effect after the manufacturer’s warranty.

I won't be without my Geek Squad protection! I know they are always just a phone call away from helping me! If I have something come up, they're always there to help! Whether it's for my computer, tv or gaming system, I know I'll get the best help! Plus, having the extended warranty gives me peace of mind!

Kids have accidents. Items are valued. So, offering protection is important to ensure the lifespan of the cherished product. All of this was taken into account when deciding between the Lite model or regular one. My daughter is happy!

I don't buy electronics without this support any longer. I've had a couple issues over the years with certain brands and having Geek Squad cover me makes the purchases worth it. I am extremely careful with expensive electronics so when I say I still buy this plan, it's a good deal.
