What do you expect from a BestBuy service? Obviously nothing negative only positive experiences with premium support.

Geek squad was acquired for a Nintendo Switch - as noted in that posting; the gaming system hasn't seen the light of day yet because the "holiday" hasn't arrived as of this writing. But, I feel comfortable knowing that I have geek squad in the event of product failure.

Being risk adverse, insurance is always good. Love the Geek squad. No issues with service, agents are knowledgeable even the 1st line which is unusual in most customer service items. Actually, Geek Squad is one of the reasons, purchases are made at BBY instead of AMZN.

Every purchase i make i always get the warranty! Its so worth it. Ive used it a few times and its always so easy and worth the extra money!!

I have been buying from Best Buy for over 25yrs. I have never gone wrong with buying one of their Geek Squad Protection plans. I pray it's never needed but when it has been, they come through and take care of the customer and the component. I always recommend to my friends.

I always prefer to get protection plan for any electronics I buy from Best Buy. Geek squad is my favorite. It was little easier before as whenever I had problem with my item I took that to the store and right way they reimburse me with my replacement plan and I got new item. Now we have to wait for the item to send to fix if they can’t fix it then they replace it even if we have a replacement plan. But anyway I still like to buy geek squad for all of my purchases as it is peace of mind.

Geek Squad has always been good to me so there is not a reason to not get it

Kids broke Nintendo switch, luckily Best Buy’s had a two year warranty they offered me when the Nintendo was bought. Came in hand and got a brand new Nintendo.

You should always buy the replacement plan. It’s completely hassle-free & worry-free. Most importantly it’s at a reasonable price. Plus, you can even buy it a couple of weeks after you make your purchase on your merchandise. This is a No-Brainer…

It's nice knowing that if anything goes wrong with my TV I will be able to bring it in and have it taken care of. Dropping that much money on a TV can be scary so I don't mind spending a little more to make sure I don't get screwed if anything goes wrong!

You really cant go wrong with this insurance. Not like other stores , where you have to send it out. Geek squad will fix it on the spot or replace it if they cant. Very dependable!!

I picked up the 2 year warranty just in case. I wasn’t sure how well these Nintendo Switch hold up.

I bought my grandson a new Nintendo Switch to replace a broken one. Since he is only 8 years old, I thought I should invest in a 2 year protection plan.

The Geek Squad evaluated the old game and determined that it could not be repaired. Under the warranty we were able to get a new game.

It was great to have but didn’t use it much so didn’t see the point in paying over two hundred bucks for it yearly. I miss when you could but if for all products for up to 3 years and be done with it if you didn’t want it anymore. The perks though is being able to have any of your devices worked on. Recommended for those who don’t mind paying a yearly fee.
