Always purchase the protection plan at Best buy, they have usually replaced, repaired anything that I have a protection plan on. Great value when needed and used. Would by on things like gaming systems, laptops or computers.

The warranty plan replaced my grandson's Nintendo Switch. He dropped it and the screen was damaged. Took the switch to the Geek Squad and received a voucher for a brand new Switch in the box. Needless to say I bought another protection plan just in case.

This it’s essential when your child’s are too young, I’m talking with experience…

My son was trying to put his Nintendo switch on the shelf to hide from his sister and he dropped it tonight. Luckily I got this protection so I’m covered.

Switch Lite had a charging problem. The repair process was as easy as making an appointment, dropping it off, and then watching the repair process with tracking online. They couldn't fix it and sent me a new Switch Lite!

Love the peace of mind the two-year accidental protection provides. The gift was for a household of three children so accidents are bound to occur. Luckily haven’t had to utilize this protection plan yet but very happy to have it as insurance.

Geek squad is a must, especially if you have kiddos!

I rated this coverage 5 stars, just for the coverage description. I haven’t had to use it & certainly hope I don’t have to! Purchased for the Nintendo Switch I recently purchased, better to be safe than sorry...especially in 2020!!!

Love love geek squad! I will only go to best buy to get electronics for this very reason. Fixes the issues I am not the one having to send off the equipment to get fixed. And if. And if not able to fix they will replace.

Have not had to use, but I like the peace of mind.

I always get the extended warranty for items like these, seem to use it and get the money back or new item without paying full price, no brainer.

Should come in handy one day and will be happy to use it
