Haven't needed to use it yet but great piece of mind

Always get the protection plan, it pays for itself...especially if you have rowdy teenagers.

I have two little kids that can destroy anything, so being able to have a guarantee that my item will be replaced if damaged is a must have!!

I have always trusted geek squad more than my local tech repair at any cost. They do offer yearly membership which is more convenient for multiple devices and do an amazing job results.

Comes in handy when things suddenly take a dip and end up in pieces. I would recommend this insurance plan when purchasing something electronic for your kids.

I’m glad that I purchased this plan alone with my purchase. Excellent and it give you a peaceful mind knowing that you have support if something occurs with your item.

My son broked the screen and they replace with the new laptop right away

The Customer Service at Fenton/South County Missouri is excellent. The personnel that I have communicated with are very knowledgeable and have always assisted me with great attitude and respect.

I wouldn't pass on this plan on the switch. It covers nearly every situation. So drop the switch and the screen cracked? No problem just take it to best buy. Switch wont connect to wifi any more? Take it to best buy. Total peace of mind :-D
