Had to replace my switch within 2 weeks of buying it because my son thought mine was his and jammed a cartridge in backwards and it was completely covered!

very helpful when you need them, you kind of have to bug sometimes especially in pandemic. but don't stress they will get to your call and answer all your questions.

Protection is key when your product breaks Diwn. We were advised it’s $85 to send out and could be hundreds more but with our protection plan it’s perfect.

I purchased this for the Nintendo Switch I purchase for a Christmas present. By purchasing it the item is covered. This is the best investment to make.

I always had issues with my switch controllers kept breaking all year long and they said they fixed it but then it broke again within a few months. Idk I wasn’t hard on them. I played once or twice a month. I think it’s just cheaply made.also they said they fixed the problem many times but finally just gave me a new one. New one hasn’t broken down a whole year.

To your protection plan is always good to cover your electronics

It better to have it and not need it than to need it and not have it. They did an excellent job installing all my TVs in my house

Best buy has always been good with me when my product messes up. They either replace it or I'll exchange it for something better. Just pay the price difference
