The Geek Squad protection plans are always worth it for me. I get them every time.

Really helped and did everything they could to get me a replacement and replace the replacement with and upgrade!

Idk why there is even a debate expensive items just buy the protection.

If you have kids, I definitely recommend the warranty. While I was checking out, I was hesitant, but the person behind the checkout informed me that it covers controllers too and we have already had a few occasions where controllers have gone flying while we have been playing games on the Switch.

Really fun to play with the family, we’ve played a ton of classics and just a lot of Mario kart. The display has more color than the older Nintendo switch and feels a lot smoother in terms of frame rate. With that being said 10/10 I absolutely recommend this for anyone wanting a different experience to spend with family

Excelente service! I’m so glad I decided to purchase this insurance for my son’s Nintendo switch! Unfortunately my son used a different charger instead of the original one. Well the system got damaged but Geek Squad took care of it!

It's a good plan and great to know that if something happens to my gaming system I'm covered.

The Geek Squad is the best! I had a wine cooler that kept sounding the alarm as if the door was opened. I called the Squad a couple of times to repair the item and it worked for a few months. After owning the item for over 2-years with a 3-year warranty, we encountered the same problem, so the Geek Squad informed me to return the item to the nearest store and they refunded my money in full. We purchased a new wine cooler but a different brand. Thanks!

I rest easy with the purchase of a kids handheld. I haven't needed to use the service, but it's a huge relief to know that I have help if needed. I've utilized geek squad in the past, and will regularly utilize their service with Best Buy purchaces.

When I bought my Switch, I knew I had to add the protection plan. Although I haven’t had to use this particular plan, as the Switch has worked well over the past two years, I have had to collect on protection plans for other purchases and was able to do so without any problems.

Came in handy for sure! My son’s Nintendo switch wasn’t reading the game cards as well as not charging in the stand. The plan I chose covered all costs and was repaired at no additional fee!

Guys dont take a chance and not buy the 2 year geek squad service pack. I made that fatal mistake awhile back with a computer monitor that i purchased elsewhere and had a lot of trouble to get a new monitor. I have learned my lesson you should learn from me and get the geek squad.
