When I purchase a product, I read the reviews to see how it holds up. If there are any problems indicated with the product, I buy the protection plan thru the Geek Squad. So far, I am been very lucky and have not had to use it, but it is there if I need to use it.

This has to be one of the best protection plans. Geeksquad always takes care of your device. Service is usually fast and professional. I still recommend that you check your product before you leave the store and make sure the service is done right. I highly recommend Geeksquad protection, accidents happens as life happens.

The insurance price is reasonable, for extra peace of mind.

Although I just purchased my new laptop I wish I would’ve said yes to buying this for the last one. A friend did something to ruin my last laptop and the warranty had expired just the week before so I had to get a new one and pay for it as my friend of course has zero money and I had no extended service plan.

Within Three weeks my son broke the screen ( accident). A month later the whole system crashed. Geek squad replaced the screen within a week. They had to replace the hard drive and reinstall the system when it crashed, again it was done in a timely manner and best of all I didn't have to pay any extra charges.

My son loves the laptop and couldn't be more pleased. He says his performance has greatly improved with the upgraded features.

Geek Squad has always been there to help me whenever I called them They have been very thorough and explained the problem Definitely recommend
