I had purchased a lot of electronic devices through Best Buy and I always believed in them and the services they provided. But a year ago I purchased this computer and everything was ok until the 11th month after my purchased. The computer started acting crazy and it was not responsive at all. I took it to the closest Best Buy and Geek Squad agent checked it out. They told me "they were going to check". The same night they called me back saying the computer have nothing. Next day I went and showed the agent the many videos I took of the computer. They told me they will send it out. Well, I wait 4 weeks,( just enough time for my Geek Squad Protection to expire ), then they called me saying it was ready that it was a problem with the LCD and they have replaced, I do not know what is the relationship between display and system crashing and computer acting slow. So I took it home and tried to download a game and the computer is acting worst than ever. Well played geek squad, from now on I will purchase my devices elsewhere because I do not trust best buy services anymore. Do not purchase the Geek squad protection, they will take your money and do nothing when your device have a problem!!!

HAVE NOT NEEDED IT. BUT I WILL PROBALLY INTHE FUTURE!!!!! I AM HARD ON MY ELECTRONICS!!!!!!

Geek Squad always does a good job on my devices. My family members each have laptops or tablets from Best Buy, and Geek Squad protection for all of them. Free or cheap services, appointments can be a little booked out tho

I always purchase Geek Squad Protection. It is the best warranty on the market. I can make large purchases with the confidence that, if my item “messes up” or “breaks” it will be repaired or replaced without any problems.

I got a great deal on a Laptop! It has been a long time since I set up a new computer so I had the Geek Squad do it for me. They were right there at Best Buy and did a wonderful job. Thank you Geeks and Best Buy! I know I will get any help I need and you are just ten minute away.

It's good to have for peace of mind, especially after our last computer died sooner than it should have. We haven't had to take advantage of the Geek Squad protection, because this computer is still working perfectly ... but we sleep better at night knowing we've got options.

OK this product was brought in. It was checked by Geek Squad. It was fixed .this product was fixed and it works like new.

I bought the 1yr Protection in case if anything happened to my com, but so far all good.

Wonderful protection plan, my computer died and i hadn't had my computer for quite a year. Called the geek squad they triuble shooted the problem and in 2 weeks it was up and running like new.

Haven't needed to use their services, but wished I purchased on a laptop that I bought over 2 years ago. I good had had it serviced under the 3 years plan like a I purchased for my wife computer. Lesson well learned!

This will come in handy if anything happens to the laptop especially since it’s for a 13 year old and things happen
