This protection was just what I needed to protect my computer would buy it again

I havent had to use it yet but I love the fact that anything goes wrong my product is covered

I learned a long time ago that getting protection on your purchases is the smart thing to do! Yes,on some items it may be a little pricey but,better than buying a brand new product over again!

I am not the most careful person with technology. A year after getting my laptop I dropped it and cracked the touchscreen. Luckily I had the geek squad service and they repaired my screen for no cost! Definitely worth the price!

I have no response because I have not used it. I bought this just in case something went wrong and it has not so that is as much as I feel good saying

I love how you don’t have to keep the receipt for your warranty to be able to work. Also the staff was very helpful from when I walked in to when I left. They answered all my questions and helped my find the perfect computer!

Best warranty I have ever purchased. I dropped it off at my local best buy. They had it for a couple week. Then they told me they would be unable to fix it and to come get a gift card for the full purchase price.

Have not used this on this laptop. It was bought for a 8 year old by my son in the navy for her Christmas. We have used it for many others. They do you right.
