Always need to have extended support for your new technology purchases and this one is a good one to have.

The 2 year warranty covers everything. I definitely recommend having this it’s worth every penny. Good to know if anything happens to my laptop from viruses to water damage to cracked screen it’s covered.

Agent at North Fayette Pittsburgh was not knowledgeable at all. Took my laptop andcsent to service center when laptop was still under manufacturer warranty. Now they want to charge for the service. Have bern trying to contact Geek Squad manager for over a month. Left voicemail, 2 messages, and an email. Still no response.

Learned the hard way when a one year laptop got black screen of death so on this purchase I took out the plan. Hope to not need it!!

Best warranty on the market. I have it for all my Laptops. I used it few time. NO express cost out of pocket. Had to replace one of my PC, I was given a gift Card for the Full amount of my PC no question ask .

BestBuy accidental protection covers your purchase from that expected moment where the item stop working or damage from an accident. I would recommend this insurance. Save a lot of money when the expected happens

Got the three year insurance plan because of my travels and bringing my laptop i didn't want to worry about accidents so hopefully it will be easier having it with me.

These guys are always helpful. Make an appointment online and show up in the store when your time is ready. Sometimes they can fix things on the spot other times they have to mail it a way which can take a good week to get back

Agents are very helpful both at the store and live chat. They have helped me out on several times. Wait time is very reasonable when calling. Drop off and pick up at store has gone well.

bought some peace of mind for our laptop computer. don't have to worry about someone spilling coffee on it because we can easily get it repaired.
