I purchased a computer with the full protection plan from Office Depot, it broke after 2 weeks, they told me I would have to send it back to the manufacturer. When I purchased a computer at best buy, Geek Squad handled it. I will always buy from Best Buy.

Did not by the plan on the last laptop and it broke at the hinge 32 past manufacturers warranty and HP denied any responsibility!! Went back to a Lenovo and bought the 3 year plan and so of course it will not have a problem, but once bittten!!

a protection plan you cant pass up. Geek squad is the absolute best at what they do. No hassle. I bought this plan for a Chromebook I purchased for my grandson.
